Laser Therapy
What is Laser Therapy
Laser Therapy, also known as Cold Laser Therapy, Low-Level Laser Therapy, or Photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelenghts of light to stimulate cellular activity. The light energy is absorbed by structures within the cell, primarily the Mitochondria, which can increase cellular energy production, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, decrease pain signals, and promote tissue and nerve repair and healing. All of this happens while you feel little to no sensation during the treatment.
