Frequently asked questions
By appointment only. I do everything in my power to stay on time and on schedule. I also pride myself on patient service, so to me, there is nothing worse than knowing someone is sitting in my waiting area for hours because they walked in and I cannot fit them in due to a full schedule.
You can make an appointment here:
No. Even if you have been to a chiropractor before and just want a "quick adjustment", if it's the first time I am seeing you, you need to schedule an initial evaluation and fill out the initial evaluation form. This gives me a better idea of what you need or might not need.
Maybe. It all depends on why you are coming in. Some people may come in and present with a condition that, after evaluations, need to be sent to a specialist or out for medical imaging like xray or mri. But the majority of patients DO get treated on Day One.
Patient's concerns are taken VERY seriously. If after an explanation of the treatment, you decide it is something you do not want, we will pivot to another treatment option that we can make work or go our separate ways with no hard feelings.
Anything you are comfortable moving around in. Avoid wearing bulky clothes like a thick sweatshirt or anything too restricting.
If you have an issue such as a shoulder, elbow, or knee problem, lose fitting clothes that can be rolled up or expose the area for visual inspection are recommended.
No. I believe healthcare should be simple. Your treatment plan should be decided by, and agreed upon, between you and me (and any other Doctors involved in your care, if any), not what an insurance company says you are only allowed to do.
Cash, check, or card. I do not have Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal, but if enough people ask for it, I will gladly look into it in the future.
When it comes to reviews, the best review you can leave me is a recommendation to your friends, family, and others in your community.
If you have comments, suggestions, concerns or complaints, please bring them up with me personally via phone call, text, email, or preferably in person. While I try my best to do the right thing, nobody is perfect. As an adult, I am very open to any concerns or criticisms and take them very seriously. If I can improve something to make your experience better, I will do my best to do so.
You can practically see the state line from the office. We are less than 5 minutes north of Richmond, Illinois, right off of Route 12.
